Vegetable Anchovy Thick Noodles (Kalguksu)

Ingredient
3 packages of Anchovy Thick Noodles 300g of lean pork 180g of beech mushrooms 1/2 carrot 1/2 squash 1/2 green onion root 3 packs of Anchovy Thick Noodle seasoning powder A little salt & peppers

Recipe

    Separate beech mushrooms. Cut the carrot, squash, and green onion into 4cm lengths.

    In boiling water, add some salt and olive oil, and boil noodles for 10-13 minutes.

    Cut lean pork into thin bite-sized pieces.

    After boiling 9 cups of water, add the seasoning powder, and bring to a boil.
