CCM is a system that evaluates and certifies that all corporate activities from product planning to production promotion, sales and consumer complaints handling are conducted focusing on consumers. Consumers can choose wisely by checking certification marks on products, product descriptions, receipts, and homepages of companies that have received CCM certification. The CCM certification started evaluation in 2007 and since then, excellent companies and public institutions obtained the certification. CCM certification system is more reliable as it is certified by the Korea Fair Trade Commission and managed by Korea Consumer Agency.
