Rice Cake Noodle Pad Thai

Traditional Thai food with a sweet, salty, sour and spicy taste all together - Pad Thai made with rice cake noodles.

Ingredient
1 pack of TTEOKGUK NOODLE, 4 shrimps, 70g(1/4) of onion, 30g(1/4) of paprika, 2 eggs, 2 pieces of cherry tomato, Pad Thai sauce: 12g(1Ts) of lemon juice, 6g(2T) of oyster sauce,3g(1t) of Tabasco, 10g(1t) of powder soup base, 8g(1T) of sugar, 6g(2t) of chili powder

    Make pad Thai sauce with the ingredients.

    Slice cleansed onion and paprika to be 0.5cm in length

    Remove top of cherry tomato and divide into four pieces.

    Beat eggs.

    Cut pineapple into 1cm-sized pieces

    Soak noodles in hot water(60℃) for 7 minutes and sieve.

    Heat a pan and make scrambled egg using the beaten eggs.

    Fry the onion and shrimp for 3 minutes.

    Add the paprika and pineapple and fry for 2 minutes.

    Add the noodles and the Pad Thai sauce and quickly fry at high heat for one minute. Put in a bowl and lay the cherry tomatoes on top to finish.
