Boil and mash sweet potato. Season with sugar and salt.
Break ramyun into small pieces and fry until crispy (crisp).
Form the boiled sweet potato into round ball and put the ramyun of 2 in the ball.
Coat the meatball of 3 with flour, egg water and bread mix in that order.
Grease a pan and fry the balls of 4 in oil at 180'c.
