Fried Ramyun

Neat explanation

Ramyun meets with savory nuts and makes a sweet and crispy snack.

Ingredient
1 pack of NONGSHIM ANSUNGTANGMYUN (other ramyuns are also suitable), 2T of honey, 1T of sugar, 1T of butter, walnuts 10g, peanut 10g, almond 10g, 200ml of starch syrup

Recipe

    Crush ramyun and nuts with a bat in vinyl.

    Fry the ramyun in a pan and the nuts in the same manner then cool.

    Boil 2T of honey, 1T of sugar, 1T of butter and 200ml of starch syrup and make syrup.

    Mix the ramyun and nuts of 2 into the syrup of 3.

    Allow to harden in a molding dish or container at room temperature.
