Wash paprika and remove the seeds. Cut into 0.5x0.5cm cubes.
Slice pine mushroom into 0.5cm-thick pieces.
Wash onion and shred into 0.3cm-thick pieces.
Wash and trim spinach and cut into 4cm-long pieces.
Wash and halve cherry tomatoes.
Slice black olives into 0.3cm-thick pieces.
Cut sausage into 0.5cm-thick pieces.
Heat a pan and grease with olive oil. Fry paprika, onion, spinach and sausage.
Whisk eggs. Mix with salt, sugar, basil and oregano.
Boil noodles for 2 minutes and rinse with cold water. Put aside in a bowl.
