Fried shinramyun with aged kimchi and egg
Chop onion into 0.3-thick slices.
Cut green onion diagonally into 0.3cm-thick slices.
Squeeze aged kimchi and cut into 0.5cm wide slices. Season with crushed garlic, sugar and sesame oil.
Beat egg and whip with water and SHINRAMYUN powder soup.
Boil noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes. Rinse with cold water and sieve.
Heat a pan and grease. Fry onion.
When onion is boiled, add the aged kimchi from step 3 and fry.
When onion and aged kimchi are mixed, pour 4 and spread over the pan.
When the ingredients from step are 2/3 cooked, fry with the noodles from step 5. Finish with green onion.
