It is a spicy chicken Kal Guk Su that is made of grilled marinated chicken legs.
Make a cut, front and back, on the chicken leg meat.
Marinate the chicken with the aged seasoning paste and olive oil.
Cut the bok choy in 5cm length and wash it in water. Then remove residue water.
On a frying pan, bake the chicken leg meat from step 2 in weak heat turning back and forth until it becomes brown for about 6 minutes.
When it’s well cooked, put it in a pot with 800 ml of water and boil it for 5 minutes on high heat to make the water level to about 550 ml.
Put the seafood flavor powder and the noodles to the pot in step 5 and boil it for 4 minutes and 30 seconds on the medium heat.
Put the bok choy and boil it for 30 more seconds and pour it a bowl.
