Savory Rice Cake Noodle Pasta
Easy cream pasta preferred by children.
Boil for a minute longer than basic TTEOKGUK NOODLES cooking time (4m) since milk is added.
1 pack of NONGSHIM TTEOKGUK NOODLES, 500ml of milk, 25g of bacon (2 strings), 20g of oyster mushroom, 20g of onion(1/10 piece), 5g of garlic (1 slice), fresh leaves 10g(1/2 handful), oil 2tb
01 Slice onion to be 0,5cm thick and cut garlic in 0.5cm slices.
02 Remove the roots of the oyster mushroom and peel it into strings. Then slice bacon to be 1cm wide.
03 Oil the heated frying pan and fry the onion, garlic and bacon over a medium heat for one minute.
04 Pour milk into the stew after boiling, reduce to a medium heat. Add noodles, powder soup base, and oyster mushroom and stir while boiling for 5 minutes.
05 Put contents on a plate and top with fresh verdure to finish.
