Mupama Seafood Cream Pasta
With ramyun and modified carbonara sauce, the cream ramyun properly harmonizes the savory ramyun and the tender cream. Enjoy with your lover on a snowy day.
Fresh shrimp 100g, 10 short-necked clam, 1/2 cuttlefish, 1/2 green, red, and yellow bell pepper, 1/3 cup of fresh cream, 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 tomato, 1Tb of pizza cheese, 1 Tb of parmesan cheese powder, 1tb of crushed garlic, 2TB of crushed onion, 1TB of olive oil, salt, white pepper
01 Peel cuttlefish and cut into a ring shape.
02 Wash shrimp in lightly salted water and drain. Debeard short-necked clam in salt water.
03 Cut bell pepper into 5cm slices. Slash tomato in a cross pattern and parboil in hot water. Peel tomato.
04 Chop the tomato.
05 Boil ramyun noodles for 2 minutes and rinse with cold water to make them firm.
06 Grease a pan with olive oil and fry garlic and onion for aroma. Add fresh cream and pizza cheese and make a sauce.
07 After step 6 is complete, fry tomato and season with salt and white pepper. Fry cuttlefish, shrimp and short-necked clam.
08 Add boiled ramyun noodles and bell pepper and sprinkle parmesan powder to finish.
