Crab soup Kal Guk Su

A combination of soft crab soup and chewy Kal Guk Su! It is recommended for those who like light flavor taste.

1 Kal Guk Su (Spicy Seafood Flavor), 20g crab meat, 15g enoki mushroom, 1 egg white, 5g starch water (starch 1 : water 1), 10g cooking oil, 5g soy sauce, a little sesame oil, a little black pepper, 500ml water

    Wash the green onions and slice 0.2 mm thick.

    Tear crab meat by hand.

    Slice the enoki mushrooms 4cm long.

    Place the cooking oil in a pan and roast the green onions for 30 seconds.

    When the water boils after pouring the water, add the noodles, leek garnish, and the seafood seasoning powder. Boil for 5 minutes.

    Take out the noodles first into a separate bowl and add soy sauce, crab meat, and enoki mushrooms to the remaining soup.

    When it boils, add pepper and egg whites and mix with starch water to create the perfect thickness.
