It is a recipe made with meatballs and tomato sauce in the Budae Jjigae noodle. Adding cheddar cheese here makes it even more tender and tastier. It is recommended for kids' snack!
For the meatballs, place beef, minced onions, garllic in a bowl then season with salt, pepper, and worcester sauce. Mix and kneed well then make meatballs.
Preheat your oven to 180C. Panfry the meat balls until cooked to brown, then bake them in the oven for 5 minutes.
Chop the green onions into small pieces.
Place the meatballs from step 2 and barrella olive sauce in a pan and let it boil until the sauce halves in weak fire.
Pour 500ml of water, and when it boils, put the noodles, Budae Jjigae sauce packet, and Budae Jjigae seasoning packet. Let it boil for 4 and a half minutes, and pour it in a bowl.
Put the slice of cheddar cheese and green onions from step 3 to garnish the dish.
