Kiwi yogurt dressing noodles

The sweet and sour gold kiwi and the refreshing yogurt bring up the appetite that had been lowered by the summer’s heat.

1 Dressing Noodle, 2 (130g) Plain yogurt, 30g honey, 30g lemon juice, 16g celery, 2 gold kiwi, 5 (74g) shrimp, salt, black pepper

    Prepare the shrimps in halves and cook it in the boiling water for 10 seconds, then, let it cool.

    Peel the celery and cut it into a 0.3 cm cube, and boil it in boiling water for 10 seconds.

    Add plain yogurt, kiwi and honey, salt and pepper to the mixer and grind it.

    Mix celery and shrimp in it.

    Put the noodle in 550ml of boiling water, boil for 4 minutes and 30 seconds, and let it cool.
