We have added guacamole, a Mexican traditional sauce made primarily with avocado, with our dressing noodle. The guacamole adds rich and sophisticated taste to the refreshing Dressing Noodles.
Wash the onions and paprika, cut it in 4cm length, and sprinkle with salt and let it stay.
Cut the orange in 8 pieces and separate out the pulp only by cutting the skin.
Tear the crab meat into thin pieces, and add salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
Peel the avocado, cut it in small pieces, add lemon juice, tasty toppings, and mix and mash to make guacamole.
Add oriental sauce to ingredients in step 1, 2, and 3, and mix.
Put the noodle in boiling water, boil for 4 minutes and 30 seconds, then rinse in cold water and drain.
Mix step 5 and step 6 and place it in a plate, then add guacamole in a sphere shape.
