Tangsu Ramen

- Ingredients : 3 ramens, 3 squids, pork 90g, shrimps 150g, 1 onion, 1 green pimento, 1 red pimento, 3 pieces of mushroom, 3 pieces of garlic, 3 spoonfuls of oil, 4¡§? cups of water, 1 spoonful of soybean sauce, 1 spoonful of sugar, salt, pepper, sesame oil, starch (2 spoonfuls of starch and water), frying oil,

1.Soak ramen into water, remove the water, cut them into pieces and fry them in the oil of 180¢®? in temperature.
2. Scratch squids and cut them into pieces sized by 2x3cm.
3. Cut pork into the same sized pieces as pork and shred garlic.
4. Oil a fan, fry sliced garlic first and meat, vegetables, and seafood next.

6. Simmer the sauce with starch.
7. Drip 2-3 drops of sesame oil and put the sauce on the fried ramen
