DOONGJI COLD NOODLES WITH CHILI SAUCE

Boil water in a little large cook-pot with low heat.
* High heat may cause water to boil over.

  1. Boil noodles: * Put noodles & seasoning flakes in (4 cups of) boiling water. * Continue to boil for 3 minutes while stirring. * If bubbles boil up, add cold water. And then, continue to boil.
Microwave (1000W): Put noodles and seasoning flakes in a microwavable bowl with 3 cups of water before cooking for 6 minutes. If hot water is available, cook for 2 and 1/2 minutes. Noodles may be sticky when cooked in a microwave oven. * Rinse the cooked noodles with cold running water using a strainer * Place the noodles in a bowl.
  2. Mix noodles with sauce: * Pour the seasoning sauce over noodles, and then mix before eating. * Be aware of safety precautions before cooking with hot water. * Adjust sodium contents through the use of less broth concentrate, if necessary.
