![]() Established in May 2007, Happy Fund is a system wherein all employees of Nongshim donate part of their salaries to be used as financial contributions to society. Since donating a large sum of money at one time imposes a burden on employees, they are asked to donate KRW1,000 of their monthly salaries ? an affordable amount for them ¡ª for each Happy Fund account. Therefore, if 10 Happy Fund accounts are opened, KRW10,000 is deducted from the salary every month. ![]() |
