Introduction of Product

Beef Flavor Noodles’ was born from the idea of putting noodles into shabu broth.


'Spicy Shabu Soup Noodles' is easy to cook at home. Shabu-style broth brought out with beef, various vegetables and chili paste, plentiful shitake mushrooms and noodles 2 times thicker than other ramyun noodles are the features of this product.

Fried Noodle?

Fried Noodle

Fried noodle is made by steaming and then frying in oil. Steamed noodle is fried in oil heated up to 150˚C to lower the moisture content below 10% where no microbe can propagate. Nongshim controls the moisture of fried noodle below 7% for the longer shelf life without preservative. In the process, steamed noodle further becomes easy to cook and gets the unique flavor of ramyun.

Features of Product

■ 'Spicy broth' made in shabu style 

   - Beef broth is added with mushroom, radish, crown daisy and other vegetables and chili paste give the spicy taste of thick beef mushroom shabu soup. 


■ 2-times-thicker 'new noodles'

   - New type of 3mm-thick noodles made using 50-year-long noodle manufacturing technology of Nongshim.

   - Feel chewy and taut texture of noodles. 


■ 'Plentiful seasoning' of mushroom and vegetable

   - Form-conserved shitake differentiates its appearance and improves the harmony of flavor. 


Basic Recipe for Product

Boil 500ml of water. Add noodles, soup base and flakes then boil another 5 minutes. 


※ Recipe Tip

In order to increase the taste of resilient and thick noodles, do not halve the noodles but put the whole into boiling water.

Features of Product

BIG BOWL NOODLE (BEEF FLAVOR) uses beef, garlic and onion to make broth flavor. This big bowl noodles provide the pleasure of eating big and chewy meat flakes. 

Basic Recipe for Product

Open the lid up to the arrow mark. Add soup base to noodles and pour boiling water (400ml) up to the inside line. Close the lid and wait for 4 minutes. Stir well and serve.
